At The Golf Cart Farm HQ, your satisfaction matters. Please review our policy below before making a purchase.
Returns — 30 Days New golf carts and equipment may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided the unit is unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply. The customer is responsible for return transportation costs.
Refunds — 7 Days Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
Used & Pre-Owned Units All used, pre-owned, and refurbished units are sold as-is. All sales on used inventory are final — no returns or refunds.
Deposits & Special Orders Deposits are non-refundable unless the unit cannot be delivered as described or the order is cancelled by us.
Warranty Claims Manufacturer warranty claims are handled through the manufacturer. Contact us and we will help facilitate the process.
