Purchases & Pricing All prices are listed in USD and subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Sales tax will be applied where required by law. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless financing is arranged. Deposits paid to hold or special-order a unit are non-refundable unless the unit cannot be delivered as described.
Delivery & Pickup Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery or pickup. Customer is responsible for inspecting the unit at time of delivery. Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Returns & Refunds New units: 30-day return window. Refunds processed within 7 business days. Used & pre-owned units: all sales final. Full details at thegoftcartfarmhq.com/pages/refund-policy.
Website Use You may not use our site for unlawful purposes or reproduce our content without permission. We are not responsible for errors or omissions in product listings.
